Monique is a certified public accountant with over 30 years of experience in accounting with a focus in the healthcare industry and has served as the CFO in several FQHCs. In addition, she has served as a OSV reviewer for US Health Resources & Services Administration (HRSA) and provided financial and governance expertise and technical assistance to Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) regarding program requirements for Bureau of Primary Care grantees throughout the United States.
