Deana earned her B.S. degree from Limestone College in Gaffney, SC, with a double major in Accounting and Management. She has over 20 years of accounting experience, including 18 years as Director of Accounting for an international chemical company, Deana has extensive expertise in overseeing and leading the preparation and analysis of financial statements in both U.S. GAAP and IFRS. Her responsibilities have encompassed managing budgets, rolling forecasts, tax filings, and audits. This experience has honed her skills in financial policies, financial reporting and analysis, and strategic planning.
