Carrie joins our team with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Most of her career was spent at a Critical Access Hospital, where she initially served as the Health Information Management Director. She later transitioned into the Business Office, assuming the role of Revenue Cycle Management Director, overseeing admissions, billing, and collections. Carrie holds a Registered Health Information Technician (RHT) certification from the American Health Information Management Association and a Master’s Degree in Health Information and Informatics Management. She is passionate about optimizing and streamlining processes to enhance efficiencies and improve key performance indicators within the revenue cycle.
