An outstanding resource for health centers needing help with cost reports, key performance metric dashboards, UDS reporting, grant writing, and financial analysis, Carolyn brings 20 years’ experience to the table. As the Director of Practice Management for a large hospital system and operations manager for 14 multi-specialty clinics, she honed her skills in operational management, financial analysis, revenue cycle management, organizational improvement processes, strategic planning, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. Carolyn has earned degrees in management, accounting and psychology, and is active in several professional organizations, including the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA). In addition to her work with CLC, she also provides leadership for the Business Management Advisory Committee for Spokane Falls Community College and the Community Colleges of Spokane Worker Retraining Advisory Council.
