David brings more than 30 years of experience in the information technology industry to CLC, including 20 years dedicated to FQHC agencies. His background in IT development includes extensive work in community healthcare environments and experience working with partners at all levels of health organizations.

Prior to joining CLC, David worked as an IT consultant and as an acting CIO at CHAS Health. The unique nature of community health as provided him with the opportunity to explore many facets of IT work, including; IT infrastructure design and implementation, IT growth planning, budgeting, IT policy, procedure and compliance development and EHR systems implementation and migration.
