Cindy is a senior-level finance executive with over 20 years of experience in multiple service industries. Over her career, she has found a passion for serving others. She truly enjoys working with mission-driven people who care about each other and their patients. She’s had the opportunity to work with the community healthcare movement, where she served as the CFO at two community health centers in Colorado. Cindy participates in a variety of financial and compliance projects with multiple FQHC clients; from fractional CFO to supporting PCAs with exploring Medicaid reimbursement in their state. She is a trusted expert by both clients and peers within CLC and is regularly sought out to provide guidance and support. In every experience, she focuses on developing teams that work together toward the desired outcomes for the benefit of others. Additionally, she has designed and implemented new technologies to improve reporting capabilities and financial planning and analysis activities.
