Becky is an expert in navigating HRSA's Electronic Handbook (EHB) and enjoys training and working with clients in all aspects of grant management. With a degree in Business Management and Accounting from Lewis & Clark State College and 20 plus years of management experience, Becky brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise. David brings more than 30 years of experience in the information technology industry to CLC, including 20 years dedicated to FQHC agencies. His background in IT development includes extensive work in community healthcare environments and experience working with partners at all levels of health organizations.

Prior to joining CLC, David worked as an IT consultant and as an acting CIO at CHAS Health. The unique nature of community health as provided him with the opportunity to explore many facets of IT work, including; IT infrastructure design and implementation, IT growth planning, budgeting, IT policy, procedure and compliance development and EHR systems implementation and migration.

With more than 25 years’ accounting experience, including work as controller for both manufacturing and home health companies, Vicki has been helping CLC client organizations succeed. Skilled in the use of MIP, Peachtree and QuickBooks, she can quickly help a health center integrate these key programs into daily procedures. Vicki excels particularly in creating and analyzing financial statements, dashboard and cash flow projection reports, Medicare and Medicaid cost reporting, grant compliance reporting, agency and grant budget development and other financial processes key to organizational success. Amy graduated in 2008 with a degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University. In Las Vegas, NV, Amy spent over five years working as an Accounting Manager in the HOA Management Industry.  In 2014, Amy relocated to Vancouver, WA and started working at a FQHC in Portland, OR as the Director of Finance, promoted to Chief Financial Officer the following year. In early 2018, Amy and her family moved to Minneapolis, MN. Amy joined CLC as a remote consultant, offering her expertise in accounting, budgeting, and operations to FQHCs, to further their mission of providing care to those in need.

With a strong background in sociological reporting and academic writing, Van was a natural fit to write grants for CLC clients when he joined us in 2013. Van has gone on to develop public relations materials and educational resources for both our company and our clients. A resident expert in the 19 program requirements, Van has become highly organized and efficient with SAC, NAP, and Look-Alike applications, and is consistently given high marks for the quality of his research and writing of needs assessments. Having worked with several new-starts and many existing grantees, Van has become very successful in securing  new awards/designations and assisting new starts in maintaining program compliance. Van has also become a go-to for Change In Scope (CIS) and expansion grant applications. Van earned his Bachelor's degree in Arts and Humanities from Eastern Washington University.

Geoff’s extensive background in FQHC leadership, along with his varied experience in finance in the business sector, made him an invaluable resource for our clients from the moment he joined us. He has been an FQHC board member, playing a key role in the founding and steady growth of a new CHC and serving on its finance committee for 15 years, ultimately serving as CFO of that same health center. But his previous work with a regional CPA firm, a small start-up for financial statement reporting, management consulting and tax preparation, and his role as a manufacturing controller give him perspective and versatility beyond health center walls. Jacob graduated from Lewis and Clark State College with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting. Before joining CLC, he worked for Buck Knives, Inc. as a staff accountant, where he oversaw sales tax and compliance reporting and the general accounting month-end process. Jacob has a background in audit preparation, month-end work, cost reports and Medicare/Medicaid accounting. At CLC, Jacob assists health centers with cost reports, month end tasks, BPR/SAC/LAL budget preparation, and interim CFO support.

An outstanding resource for health centers needing help with cost reports, key performance metric dashboards, UDS reporting, grant writing, and financial analysis, Carolyn brings 20 years’ experience to the table. As the Director of Practice Management for a large hospital system and operations manager for 14 multi-specialty clinics, she honed her skills in operational management, financial analysis, revenue cycle management, organizational improvement processes, strategic planning, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. Carolyn has earned degrees in management, accounting and psychology, and is active in several professional organizations, including the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) and the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA). In addition to her work with CLC, she also provides leadership for the Business Management Advisory Committee for Spokane Falls Community College and the Community Colleges of Spokane Worker Retraining Advisory Council.

Joshua joined CLC in early 2016, having previously worked as an auditor in the private sector and as an accountant with a top 10 international firm.  Joshua earned his Master of Accountancy degree from Gonzaga University and has taught introductory accounting courses to college students, in his spare time. At CLC, Joshua specializes in interim CFO services, financial reporting and training, as well as Medicaid and Medicare cost reports, and HRSA financial compliance.

Eddie brings a wide array of writing experience to CLC. Having earned his MA in English and MFA in Creative Writing, he has extensive knowledge of academic research, expository writing, and narrative structure. He worked for two years as a technical writer and research assistant from Eastern Washington University’s Master of Public Health program, during which he gained expertise of scholarly writing in the health sciences. He also has served as a copy editor for several literary publishers. For CLC, he primarily conducts research and writes needs assessments, grant narratives, and governance policies.
